| The World Congress of Accountants (WCOA) is the flagship event of IFAC which is also known as the ‘Olympics’ of the accountancy profession. The WCOA has been held under its sponsorship since 1977. It is held every four years since 2002. WCOA is an important milestone in the development of the international accountancy profession with the purpose of constantly reminding fellow professionals of their profession’s distinct heritage and creating awareness of the opportunities and challenges in these changing times. | |

| The 18th WCOA will be held from 8 – 11 November 2010 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia. | |
