Lodging a Complaint
Please be advised that before the Investigation Committee can
commence an investigation into any allegation against a member of the
Institute pursuant to the Malaysian Institute of Accountants
(Disciplinary) Rules 2002, a formal complaint together with a statutory
declaration must first be lodged with the Institute.
Upon receipt of the duly completed complaint form and relevant
supporting documentation in relation to the allegation stated in the
formal complaint form, the Registrar of the Institute will then issue a
Notice of Complaint (NOC) to the said member attaching all necessary
documents put forth by the Complainant to the Institute.
