Doing Business with MIA The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) has embarked in a pre-qualification exercise in order to establish a list of enterprise, companies and organisations who are well reputed and who have gained excellent track record in the products & services industry to be in its panel of suppliers. If you wish to conduct business with MIA, you are invited to participate in the pre-qualification exercise with MIA. You may download the Suppliers Pre-Qualification Form (SPQF) below. 
Send the SPQF together with your supporting documents and processing fee in a sealed envelope clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL - SUPPLIERS PRE-Q" with the Service/Product Name stated on the top left corner and addressed clearly to:
MALAYSIAN INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANTS All processing fees can be made in the form of Bank Draft / Cashier's Order / crossed Cheque made payable to the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. For bank payments made outside Klang Valley, you will need to add bank commission fee at rates determined by the Bank. You will be informed of the outcome of your registration application by mail.
