1. Objectives
The Audit Practice Sub-committee
(APC) is established mainly to deal with the auditing practice issues
faced by practitioners with the aim to maintain and enhance their
professional competency.
2. Accountability
The Committee will report to the Council.
3. Scope and Authority

4. Term of Office
|

a) Composition |
|
|
|
|
|
The composition of the Committee shall be determined by the Nominating
Committee of the Institute. |
|
|
|
|
|
b) Quorum |
|
|
|
|
|
The quorum for the Committee meetings shall be 4 members (inclusive of
Chairperson). |
|
|
|
|
|
c) Meetings |
|
|
|
|
|
The Committee shall meet at least six (6) times in the financial year of
the Institute. |
