1. MINUTES OF THE 2012 POST BUDGET TECHNICAL DIALOGUE HELD ON 2 APRIL 2012 WITH THE INLAND REVENUE BOARD (IRB)
   
  Members are hereby informed that the minutes of the 2012 Post Budget Technical Dialogue held on 2 April 2012, which were recently issued by the IRB, can be viewed at the Institute’s website at http://www.mia.org.my/new/psp_taxation_circulars.asp?tid=3&rid=1.

  Following the Institute’s Circular No. 52/2011, No. 41/2011 and 39/2011 dated 5 October 2011, 10 August 2011 and 27 July 2011 respectively, the RMC has issued additional GST draft guides comprising the following:

a. GST Specific Guide
- Registration
- Tax Invoice and Record Keeping

The above GST draft guides are attached for members' attention. Members are invited to submit their comments by sending email to Tuan Mohd Hashim bin Mohd Nor at m_hisham.nor@customs.gov.my.
