1) SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – ENFORCEMENT (4 positions)

The successful candidate will assist in the investigation conducted by the Investigation Committee of the Institute in respect of complaints against its members. He/She will assist the Manager in providing technical support to the Investigation Committee of the Institute by collating, analyzing and making recommendations upon factual data and evidence.

Requirements:

- Possess professional qualification or a Degree in Accountancy
- 3-5 years related experience in audit firm
- Familiar with auditing and accounting standards
- Resourceful and able to conduct research on related discipline

2) SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – INTERNAL AUDIT

The successful candidate will report to Internal Audit Manager and responsible for conducting risk based audit of Departments and Branches of the Institute. He/She may be required to travel.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or professional accountancy qualification
- Minimum 3 years (for Executive) & 6 years (for Senior Executive) experience in financial and operational audit of public listed company or financial institutions
- Exposure to Enterprise Risk Management would be added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Good report writing skills and able to work independently

3) EXECUTIVE – CPE COMPLIANCE

The successful candidate will handle all daily administration of the CPE audit matters which is include ensure the recording of the CPE events conducted in Institute's branches for CPE audit purposes, monitor the maintenance of non-audited members hours in the Institute’s system, assist in the preparation of accreditation letters to organizations requesting for CPE credit hours, respond and supervise responses on general enquiries on CPE audit and other related administrative duties.

Requirements:

- Preferable a degree in Business Administration. Other disciplines will also be considered
- Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative duties
- Some experience in database management would be an added advantage
- Good analytical skills and meticulous
- Able to work independently as well as in a team

4) EXECUTIVE- MARKETING & PROMOTIONS

The successful candidate will assist the Manager to coordinate and supervise all marketing & promotions activities to fulfill the Institute’s policy objectives and provide members with quality resources and supports through the following major responsibilities:-

- Co-ordinate the Institute's activities with respect to membership promotions and recruitment.
- Assist in secure sponsorships, endorsement and exhibition support.
- Assist in proposing new benefits programme to the Institute.
- Promote member benefits programmes and services which support members in pursuit of their professional and business advancement at MIA events & seminars.
- Assist in all marketing related activities and business development.
- Provide timely reports on marketing activities.

Requirements:

- Degree in Management, Marketing, Mass communication/Business/ Economics or related fields.
- At least 2 – 3 years relevant marketing experience
- An outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills
- Possess own transport

5) EXECUTIVE IN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OFFICE

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director (ED) of the Institute. He/She will assist her in the day to day work as well as handle secretarial duties and administrative support for the Executive Director’s office which include taking and writing minutes of meetings, reports, liaising with Council Members and Managers of the Institute.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Office Management/Executive Secretaryship/PSC or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience especially reporting to top management personnel
- Able to interact with people at all levels
- Confident , mature and good report writing skills
- Have an excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written
- Be computer literate with hands-on experience especially in MS Office software’s
- Knowledge of shorthand would be an added advantage

6) EVENT COORDINATOR (2 positions)

The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day administration of seminars and conferences which will include, inter alia, data entry, clerical duties of event management, debt collection and registration follow up calls and generally assisting in all aspects of event administration work.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Business or other related discipline.
- 1-2 years related working experience
- Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written
- Able to multi-task, pay attention to details and meet deadlines
- Able to interact with people at all levels
- Work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player
- Be proactive and results-oriented with an aptitude and willingness to learn
- Be proficient in MS-Office software applications

7) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS

The successful candidate will assist the Technical/Human Resource Department in the day to day administrative duties. He/She will also assist in handling enquiries on related matters affecting the department.

Requirements:

- SPM/STPM or equivalent with a minimum 1 year working experience in handling administrative / HR duties
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Responsible, have a sense of urgency and attention to detail

8) RECEPTIONIST

The successful candidate will handle all daily incoming and outgoing calls. Other duties would include sending and receiving of all incoming and outgoing mails by courier, attending to visitors, members and students in the collection of application forms, brochures, handbooks, certificates and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

- At least SPM / Certificate in related field
- Have an excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in related filed is an advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated and hardworking

- Communicate well in English both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with people at all levels
- Multi-task and able to work independently
- Be a good team player, pro-active and committed
- Has integrity, accountability and a positive mindset
- Be proficient in MS-Office software applications
