Description about the Company Law Practice Working Group (CLPWG):
The CLPWG supports the development of company secretarial practices in Malaysia. The working group provides a forum to discuss issues faced by practitioners in respect of the law and its development relating to companies. It also formulates representations and recommendations to the relevant authorities and disseminates the information to members on legislative and other developments which affect the companies and company secretarial practices.
